WHAT YOU GET:
- Limited rights* to use the design anywhere on the Internet (your web site, eBay auction, etc.) or in print for your business (magazine article, signage, business cards, brochures, etc.)
- Exclusivity (your design will not be recycled for someone else's use. It's for your use only**)
- No expire on usage. Use it for life!!
- 100% satisfaction guarantee***. If you're not happy I keep at it until you're not just happy but thrilled.
- Tax deductible when used for your business (please ask for an invoice)

* Limited Rights: You have the right to use the custom design as stated above only. You do not have the right to sell any product or merchandise featuring the design. The design cannot be exchanged or traded for money or services.
** With the exception of those who purchase Full Rights to the design, I maintain the right to post any designs on my web site while promoting this service (like images above). I will never sell products or merchandise featuring your design.
*** This is not a money back guarantee, there isn't one. Payment is for my time and materials used.
**** This comes in handy when you may want to alter your design for certain occasions (i.e., Christmas, Hanukah, Easter, Halloween, etc.).
FULL RIGHTS: Full legal rights to the design are available at a flat rate of an additional $250 (includes designing fee). With Full Rights you have 100% legal control over the image and can use it any way you wish without consulting the artist. Only with Full Rights can you sell products or merchandise featuring the design and you keep 100% of the profits.
